Level 5  Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship, Room Leader – Maybury Montessori

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship at Maybury Montessori, Woking.

Requirements;

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential 
• Previous Room Leader experience is essential
• First Aid is essential
• You must be able to gain a clear DBS
• Have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent 

At Maybury Montessori we care for children from 6 months to 5 years old

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Lead, support, and motivate the preschool team.
• Deliver high-quality early years education and care.
• Oversee planning, observations, and children's progress.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Support staff development through mentoring and coaching.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.
• Promote an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
• Act as a positive role model and uphold the setting's values and standards.

Hours;

• Maybury Montessori is open from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 36 - 40 hours per week
