At Jo Jo’s Day Care Nursery, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life. We’re looking for an inspirational, experienced Nursery Manager who shares our passion for delivering outstanding childcare, leading by example, and creating an environment where children, families and staff flourish.

If you are an ambitious leader with high standards, excellent knowledge of the EYFS, and a genuine passion for early years, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As our Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire an experienced, dedicated team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
  • Ensure outstanding teaching, learning and care throughout the nursery.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and external professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support staff development.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and Ofsted expectations.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
✔ Has previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience.
✔ Has an excellent understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
✔ Is a confident, approachable and inspirational leader.
✔ Leads with professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude.
✔ Is committed to providing exceptional outcomes for every child.
