Early Years Practitioner

Pay: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour (dependent on age and qualification)
Hours: Part-Time | 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) | 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Term: Term time only (38 weeks per year)
Location: Hills Farm Lane (Close to town centre with excellent transport links)

Essential Requirements

• Qualifications: Must be Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years Childcare (must hold a full, recognized qualification to be counted in ratios).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework (we follow the Birth to Five curriculum).
• Safeguarding: This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children under 5 (desirable).
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Be a reliable team player who can also work well on their own initiative.
• Strictly adhere to all playgroup policies and procedures.
