We're seeking a passionate and caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming team at Shooting Stars Kings Norton.

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and their families.
- Act as a Key Person, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYFS.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
- Support children's individual needs, including those with SEND.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent standards of care and education.
- Contribute to a positive, reflective and child-centred learning environment.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Essential
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.(Level 2 may be considered)
- Has experience working within an Early Years or nursery environment (including placements for newly qualified practitioners).
- Understands the EYFS and child development.
- Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
- Is caring, enthusiastic and committed to helping children reach their full potential.
