We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Educator to join this wonderful nursery located in Whitechapel.  

This is a lovely nursery that focuses on preparing young children for their future and their next steps in education, and children's individual needs are put first. There is a sensory room, subject specific stations, and a private garden for extended learning and play.
 
As an Early Years Educator, you will be supported by the management team with further training and qualifications, as well as there being space and support for progression based on your career aspirations. This is a full time and permanent role, offering stability.

As an Early Years Educator, your responsibilities will include:  

  • Supporting key children 
  • Communicating with other team members and parents/carers
  • Carrying out risk assessments throughout the day 
  • Creating a fun, engaging and safe environment for the children  
  • Assisting children with development of early reading and early maths skills     
  • Supporting children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development 
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues in the running of activities and organisation of the room 

For this Early Years Educator role, a Level 3 (or equivalent/higher) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential, and prior experience working with children under 5 within a nursery or childcare setting is required.  
 
A passion for working with young children and a good understanding of the EYFS framework is needed for the suitable Early Years Educator, and good communication and interpersonal skills is very important. 

Conveniently located in Whitechapel, this nursery is very easy to reach thanks to excellent transport links, and is in a lovely area near the river!
