WMC Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join a well-established nursery group as Apprentice Nursery Practitioners. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship.

Working alongside leading training providers, you will receive comprehensive support from experienced nursery managers, in-house specialists, and external training partners to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in childcare.

Schedule - Hours: 40 hours per week (Rotating shifts between 7.30 AM – 6.30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing, and high-quality care for children.
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging play and learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Work collaboratively with experienced Early Years Practitioners, Room Leaders, and the wider nursery team.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusion practices.
• Contribute to creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children.

• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme within 18 months.

Requirements 

• GCSE qualifications with at least four passes, including English and Maths.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to the full duration of the apprenticeship programme
