Early Years Educator

We are looking for a passionate and committed Early Years Educator to join the team at this wonderful nursery in Fulham.

This nursery is dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education within a warm, family-oriented environment, and as an Early Years Educator here you will expected to share these values. You will be part of an experienced and like-minded team who foster confidence, curiosity and a love of learning in every child.

This is a permanent Early Years Educator role to work full time - 40 hours a week (either 4 days or 5 days) and all year round. The salary is very competitive, ranging from £31k-£35k per annum.

It is essential for this role that you hold at minimum a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years or Childcare, and that you have experience working in an early years or childcare setting. 

Your responsibilities as a qualified Early Years Educator will include:

• Planning and delivering unique and exciting activities
• Encouraging a freedom of expression
• Supporting children in developing their confidence
• Building strong relationships with parents/carers to work together to meet the needs of all children
• Ensuring every individual child's needs are accepted and met, and that each child can reach their full potential
• Carrying out observations to keep records of your key children's progress

Located in Fulham, this nursery is in a great area and is easy to reach thanks to excellent transport links including tube and train stations, and multiple bus routes. There are also some lovely parks nearby and it's not too far from the river!
