Early Years Educator

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join the team at this lovely nursery in Tooting!

This is a permanent role to work full time, and located in Tooting this nursery is easy to get to thanks to excellent transport links including local tube and train stations, and multiple bus routes.

As an Early Years Educator, it is essential that you hold at least a Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years or Childcare and that you have experience working within an early years setting. It is important that you have good knowledge of safeguarding and the EYFS framework.

Some of your responsibilities as an Early Years Educator will include:

• Providing general care and support for children in the nursery  
• Following the EYFS standards and curriculum to support children's learning and development  
• Observing and assessing children’s progress  
• Supporting children with additional needs and adapting activities to suit their requirements  
• Running activities that stimulate children's imagination 
• Carrying out risk assessments throughout the day, ensuring compliance with Safeguarding Procedures
