French Teacher

We are looking for a French Teacher to join the team at a lovely nursery in Kensington, with an ASAP start!

This is a permanent and full time role to work Monday-Friday within an exciting bilingual early years setting.

As a French Teacher for Early Years, it is essential that you are fluent in French (native or C2 level) and that you hold at least a Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years or Childcare, or QTS/EYTS.

You will be joining a friendly and dedicated team of staff, supported by a caring management team, and there are many opportunities for career progression and further training funded by the nursery. 

Your duties as an Early Years French Teacher will include:

• Planning and leading activities and lessons in line with EYFS
• Encouraging learning through play
• Communicating and building relationships with parents/carers to provide feedback
• Teaching French through activities and story time sessions
• Organising resources with the teaching team
• Recording observations and assessing progress
