This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills further. Working closely with the Room Leader, you will support the running of the room and take on Room Leader responsibilities when needed, so confidence and leadership skills are important.
As a Deputy Room Leader, you will be part of a team of friendly and likeminded staff and supported by a lovely management team at this wonderful nursery that has built a safe and nurturing environment where children are able to feel confident and secure. This nursery is in a great location in Greenwich, close to the river and some lovely parks often visited on days out with the children!

Salary starting from £26.6k per annum.
This is a permanent and full time role to work 4 days a week, 7:45am-6pm, supporting children's early learning and ensuring that the room is running effectively. You will plan and deliver engaging activities and encourage learning through play, and observe key children's progress and development.
For this Deputy Room Leader role it is essential that you hold at least a Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years or Childcare and experience working in an early years setting. Passion for childcare and strong knowledge of the EYFS is important for this role.
