40 hours each week from now until August 2027

As a SENCo, you will:

  • Deliver inspiring care and education to our children
  • Be a positive role model every single day
  • Communicate with kindness and professionalism
  • Follow the SEND code of practice
  • Be responsible for administrative duties associated with the role of nursery SENCo
  • Maintain effective communication with outside agencies 
  • Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
  • Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
  • Champion our nursery’s values with families and visitors
  • Follow best practice and keep your DBS certificate up to date
  • Speak up—whether it’s to celebrate great practice or raise a concern
