Maternity Cover – Nursery Manager (Falmouth)
In this role, you’ll lead with vision, support an experienced team, and ensure our children receive the very best start in life. You’ll champion outstanding practice, drive quality, and create an environment where both children and staff thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
âś” Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
âś” Proven management or senior leadership experience in an early years setting
âś” Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
âś” Ability to lead with confidence, empathy, and positivity
✔ Full-time role – minimum 40 hours per week
âś” Passion for building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
