Reed Early Years â the safe choice, done properly.
At Reed Early Years, we provide fully compliant, work-ready Early Years practitioners for nurseries, pre-schools, and children’s centres. Whether you need daily cover, long-term support, or permanent staff, we ensure they arrive ready to contribute from day one.
When you choose an Early Years professional from Reed, you’re selecting someone who is prepared beyond the standard. Whether unqualified or qualified, we ensure each candidate is more than just available - they are work-ready.
Our unqualified practitioners, though not counted in ratio, arrive with Paediatric First Aid training. In their first month, they complete DfE Early Years Child Development training, embedding essential knowledge.
Our qualified practitioners, including teachers, have their qualifications independently verified against the DfE’s statutory guidance. All Reed candidates are trained in Safeguarding, Prevent, Moving and Handling, and Food Hygiene. We run ongoing Paediatric First Aid courses so no one is left behind.
Before stepping into your setting, every candidate has already demonstrated readiness. With Reed, you get professionals who don’t just fill a gap - they’re prepared to add value from day one.
