Are you a kind, caring, and inspirational educator ready to take the lead in learning? Weâre looking for a passionate Nursery Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis, guiding childrenâs development and supporting a thriving nursery environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the learning and care across the nursery
- Ensure continuity and excellence in daily provision
- Be a role model for children and staff
- Communicate professionally with families, teams, and external partners
- Support a positive, high-standard working environment
- Stay organised and meet deadlines
- Uphold nursery policies and best practice
- Complete key admin tasks and maintain an up-to-date DBS
- Speak upâcelebrate great practice or raise concerns when needed
