Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship – Blossom Patch Nursery - Acton

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Blossom Patch Nursery - Acton, East Acton.

We create a safe and loving atmosphere where children feel secure, settled, and free to be themselves.

Our EYFS-based approach blends structured learning with hands-on play, sparking curiosity and laying strong foundations for the future.

Our experienced team nurtures each child with patience, attention, and encouragement—celebrating every milestone along the way.

We have 4 rooms and care for children between 3 months to 5 years

There are Lots of local transport links around the Nursery

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
• Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Display a caring and nurturing attitude towards the children in your care

Role responsibilities include:

• Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children.
• Work toward your level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship qualification

Requirements;

• 1 years experience in a nursery setting would be desirable
• Competent in the role

Hours;

• Blossom Patch Nursery is open from 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week
