A relevant qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential and previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting would be desirable for this Early Years Practitioner role.  

As an Early Years Practitioner, some of your duties will include:   

• Assisting children with development of early reading and early maths skills  
• Encouraging development through play and exploration  
• Planning and leading lessons and activities that are stimulating for children's imagination and creativity   
• Creating an environment that is supportive and stimulating, allowing every child to grow at their own pace   
• Feeding and personal care 
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development    
• Observing key children's progress and planning next steps

This is a permanent Early Years Practitioner role, with an immediate start if possible.
