Pre-School Room Lead | Level 3+ Qualified
Are you a kind, caring, and inspirational educator ready to lead with confidence and heart? At Naturally Learning, there is an opportunity for you to be a Room Lead in our Explorers Room. We are looking for a passionate Educator ready to be a Room Lead to guide a space where children thrive and teams grow.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver inspiring care and education to our children
- Lead with the day-to-day running and ensure continuity of provision
- Be a role model for children and colleagues alike
- Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
- Communicate professionally with families, teams, and external partners
- Ensure a positive, high-standard environment for all
- Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
- Champion best practice and uphold nursery policies
- Complete key admin tasks
- Speak up—celebrate great practice or raise concerns when needed
