Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship at North Harrow Nursery, Harrow.

We have 4 rooms and care for children from 3 months to 5 years

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Work closely with managers to support high-quality practice in line with EYFS
• Help plan activities and monitor children’s learning and development
• Share good practice and support colleagues in their roles
• Offer guidance and encouragement to team members when needed
• Use observations to help plan next steps for children
• Support inclusive practice so all children feel valued and supported
• Build positive relationships with parents/carers
• Follow safeguarding and setting policies with support from managers
• Contribute to team training and ongoing improvements
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children

Requirements;

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential or at least 6 months experience in a nursery setting

• Confident communicator with good spoken and written English

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

• A clear commitment to safeguarding and children’s wellbeing

• Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain/keep up to date)

Hours;

• North Harrow Nursery is open from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week
