Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship –Blossom Patch Nursery- Acton

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship and to work as a room leader at Blossom Patch Nursery- Acton.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in Childcare.
• Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
• Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Display a caring and nurturing attitude towards the children in your care

Role responsibilities include

• Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children.
• To observe, plan and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework.
• Develop positive partnership with parents.

Requirements;

• Level 3 Childcare qualification is required
• Experience within the Childcare sector
• Have GCSE's A*-C in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills

Hours;

• Blossom Patch Nursery is open from 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week
