Do you have a genuine passion for leading and nurturing young learners, coupled with proven experience managing a nursery effectively? WMC Training is seeking a dedicated Nursery apprentice to join the professional, rewarding, and supportive team at Harrow ( HA5 3HQ )
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience working with children ,a genuine interest in developing the talent of younger generations, and a strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.
MUST have experience working at the nursery setting before . You will be a collaborative team member, equally capable of taking initiative, and adept at planning enriching activities.
DUTIES
Your duties as a Nursery Apprentice
· To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members)
· To keep records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other key adults in the child’s life.
· Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have prior nursery experience
- Willing to learn a qualification
- Ability to write clear objective observation
- Commitment to complete a childcare qualification
