Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship at Nanny's House, Portslade.

Nannys House has 3 rooms – babies, toddlers & preschool
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Support the care and supervision of children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist with setting up and delivering simple activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Help with daily routines such as mealtimes, playtime, and tidying up.
- Work alongside experienced staff to observe children and support their development.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Encourage positive behaviour and support children with social and communication skills.
- Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Take part in training, coursework, and assessments as part of the apprenticeship programme.
- Show a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing skills in early years childcare.

- Reliable and hardworking
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Passionate about supporting young children
- Experience in childcare is desirable but not essential, we’re happy to support the right person as they learn and grow with us.
Hours;
- Nannys House is open from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
- The successful candidate will be required to work 30 - 40 hours per week
