Nursery School Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the team at this lovely nursery school in Wandsworth!

This is a permanent role to work term time only, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm.

Working as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery school, it is essential that you hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, and that you have previous experience working within a childcare setting. Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding is important.

Responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering age-appropriate and engaging activities
• Encouraging child-led play
• Supervising meal and nap times
• Carrying out observations and assessing children's progress
• Assisting with personal care, hygiene routines and feeding
• Supporting social, emotional and physical development
