Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship at Eco Montessori West Tytherley, Norman Court.

Eco Montessori Nursery is nestled in the picturesque, rural village of West Tytherley, We are a dedicated early years setting, specialising in the Montessori approach to learning. Our unique curriculum seamlessly blends the principles of the EYFS with Montessori methods, enriching the children’s daily experiences. We welcome children aged 6 months to 5 years, providing a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development at every stage.

Eco Montessori, Norman Court has 3 rooms babies, toddlers and pre school and care for children 6 months – 4/5 years – plus holiday club is 3yrs – 11yrs.

They follow EYFS and Montessori philosophy, forest school and eco school blended learning approach.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in Childcare.

• Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.

• Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Display a caring and nurturing attitude towards the children in your care

Role responsibilities include:

• Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children.

• To observe, plan and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework and Montessori philosophy .

• Develop positive partnership with parents.

Requirements;

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential 
• Must have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent 

Hours;

• Eco Montessori, Norman Court is open from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 38 hours per week over 4 or 5 days
