Chef’s Job Description

Be responsible for the delivery of high quality, seasonal, enriching and delicious food for all who attend Naturally Learning

 

 

Role Brief

 

  • You are responsible for ensuring the food being served at Naturally Learning is nutritionally balanced, seasonal, full of local produce and in line with our ethos & curriculum
  • You must follow the agreed menu & recipes as set out by the Head Chef
  • You are responsible for ensuring your kitchen is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness & in a good state of repair
  • You are responsible for delivering food of the highest quality
  • You must follow all Allergy, Cleaning & COSHH policies & procedures and ensure safe working practices are followed in your kitchen
  • You must complete all necessary Food Safety training and ensure safe working practices are being followed by all staff in your kitchen
  • You must have a clean and up to date DBS certificate
