We are looking for an experienced Preschool Room Leader to join the team at this vibrant family-run nursery in Catford, South London.

This is a permanent Room Leader role to work full time (Mon-Fri, 40 hours) in the Preschool Room. Salary would be £31,420 per annum.

As a Room Leader, you will manage a team of 3 people within the Preschool Room, and will manage the day to day running of the room, ensuring a high standard of learning, development and care and that the room is a safe environment for children, staff and others.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3/equivalent qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• 2 years or more experience working in a nursery
• Experience as a Preschool Room Leader
• Good standard of English and Maths
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Effective leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
