Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship – Puffin Preschool - Naval Under Fives (Term Time Only)
Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Puffin Preschool - Naval Under Fives, Portsmouth.
A warm welcome awaits you at Puffin. We are a small inclusive preschool offering funded and non- funded places for children aged 2 to 4 years.
Puffin has a dedicated team of passionate early years practitioners, the Manager and Deputy Manager and Early Years Practitioner. We frequently attend a variety of relevant training to keep our practice updated. We all work hard to develop good relationships with our families providing extra support if needed.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Willing to learn
- Work under guidance of current staff and mentor
- Execute activities
- Follow EYFS framework
- Working toward and understand children’s wellbeing and development
- Working to Building relationships with parents and staff
- Working to Support learning based on children’s individual needs
- Working to Providing equality of opportunity and ensure fare learning for all
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Requirements;
- Keen and willing to learn
- Passionate about early years
Hours;
- Puffin Preschool - Naval Under Fives is open from 8:45am – 3:15pm Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
- The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week
