Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Cranleigh Lodge Day Nursery, Bournemouth.

At Cranleigh Lodge Day Nursery, we provide high-quality, personalised childcare in a warm, homely setting that nurtures every child’s potential. With over 25 years of experience, our small, 38-place nursery fosters strong relationships with families and supports children’s development through play-based learning.

Our tailored curriculum, engaging indoor and outdoor spaces, and free-flow approach encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence. Conveniently located in Tuckton, we proudly support working families and are rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted for our commitment to excellence.

We have a strong staff team who strive to meet the individual needs of all children within our setting. We have a well qualified staff team, who all have their own speciality focus with the team. Our whole setting has undergone recent refurbishment which we are very proud of and now offer separate areas and gardens for each age group.

Main Duties

• Looking after the general day to daycare of the children, looking after all personal needs and assisting at mealtimes.
• Planning and implementing the day’s activities
• Liaising with parents and keeping them updated with their child’s progress

Requirements;

• A Level 2 Childcare qualification is essential
• At least 1 years' experience in a similar role
• GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent 

Hours;

• Cranleigh Lodge Day Nursery is open from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work minimum of 39 hours per week, Patterns to be discussed
