Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship – Mini Steamers Childcare

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship at Mini Steamers Childcare, Swindon.

Mini Steamers Childcare are a family run setting with good staff retention

We have 1 Big room

Some of the activities provide are: Sensory, creative, following children interests, group time

We care for children between the ages of 3 months up to 12 years.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Delivering a high standard of learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5 years.
• Ensuring a safe environment for children, staff, and others.
• Developing partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child's development.
• Providing a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Delivering an appropriate play-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress.
• Helping ensure the preschool nursery meets Ofsted requirements at all times.
• Planning activities to ensure each child is working towards early learning outcomes.
• Being a key person and liaising closely with parents/carers.

Requirements;

• You must be able to gain a clear DBS

Hours;

• Mini Streamers Childcare is open from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week
