As a Nursery Educator plus SENCo, you will:

  • Be responsible for all administrative duties associated with the role of nursery SENCo
  • Maintain effective communication with outside agencies

  • Champion our nursery’s values with families and visitors
  • Follow best practice and keep your DBS certificate up to date
  • Speak up—whether it’s to celebrate great practice or raise a concern
