Nursery apprentice

Do you have a genuine passion for leading and nurturing young learners, coupled with proven experience managing a nursery effectively? WMC Training is seeking a dedicated Nursery Apprentice to join the professional, rewarding, and supportive team at a nursery based in Guildford GU1 4DA . This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery and maintaining the delivery of high standards of care and education to all children.

The ideal candidate will bring previous experience working with children ,a genuine interest in developing the talent of younger generations, and a strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.

You will be a collaborative team member, equally capable of taking initiative, and adept at planning enriching activities.

DUTIES

Your duties as NURSERY APPRENTICE :-

· Assist with planning and delivering fun, educational activities

• Support children’s personal care, routines, and wellbeing
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards them)
