As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be working alongside likeminded staff and supported by a caring management team, and this is a nursery with great opportunities for career progression and a range of incentives, including bonuses to be paid throughout the year and discounted childcare. This is a permanent position to work full time, 40 hours per week, but this can be flexible.

The suitable Early Years Practitioner will be passionate about working with children and making a difference to children's lives. Relevant childcare experience and a Level 2/3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for this role and a good understanding of child development, EYFS and early years educational practices is important.
