Early Years Educator

As an Early Years Educator, you will be joining a team who are dedicated to providing high quality childcare and ensuring every child's individual needs are met. Working full time, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out observations and tracking key children's progress
• Planning and leading age-appropriate and stimulating activities that suit children's goals
• Encouraging child-led play and learning
• Supervising outdoor play, mealtimes and nap times
• Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with parents/carers
• Supporting children's development

Requirements for this Early Years Educator position include previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting, and a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
