Hours: 40 hours per week (option to condense 40 hours over 4 days)

Salary level 2: £26,104 - £26,728

Salary Level 3: £26,832 - £29,120

Opening Hours: 7.30 am to 6.30 pm

About Our Nursery:

We are a family-run business with 25 years of experience and nine beautiful nurseries across Buckinghamshire and West London. Our Chalfont St Peter setting is especially close to our hearts – a truly unique nursery nestled in the heart of the village.  Celebrating its 5th birthday in 2024, the nursery was lovingly transformed from a former pub into a vibrant early years setting by our founders, Olivia and Tim. We’re seeking a special individual who along with a full and relevant early years qualification can bring fun, laughter, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education to our children, families and team.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum tailored to each child
• Creating inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces that promote exploration and independence
• Building strong bonds as a key person, supporting children’s development and working closely with families
• Supporting calm, inclusive routines like mealtimes and transitions
• Making meaningful observations and assessments to inform planning
• Contributing to reflective team meetings and ongoing quality improvement
• Engaging in continuous professional development and keeping up with best practice
