Nursery Practitioner Level 3

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis.

You will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment, supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS

• Build warm, positive relationships with children and families

• Observe, assess and plan activities based on children’s interests and developmental needs

• Support children’s emotional wellbeing and behaviour positively

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised room environment

• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to staff meetings and training

• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times

Requirements

Essential:

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Experience working in a nursery or early-years setting

• A warm, caring and professional approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to train)

• Safeguarding training

• Experience with planning and key worker responsibilities
