Nursery Room Leader

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Nursery Room Leader to join this friendly and welcoming nursery in Reading! 
 
Every member of staff is valued at this nursery, and as a Room Leader you will be a vital part of the team, committed to delivering excellence in Early Years care and education. 

This nursery places strong emphasis on STEM education, integrating science, technology, engineering, and maths into play and adult-initiated activities, and is a great place to further your career and progress!
 
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be working full-time, and we offer a competitive salary of up to £30k per annum. This is a permanent position to start ASAP. Working closely with like-minded staff, as a Room Leader you will ensure that you and your team meet the unique needs of each individual child, working together to plan engaging and stimulating lessons and activities, following the EYFS curriculum. This nursery also has an amazing outdoor space for further learning, with nature, the outdoors and sustainability being integral. 
 
It is essential for the Nursery Room Leader to hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification and have experience working in a nursery.
