Job description:

• Caring for and looking after children from 3 months - 5 years old. Helping us to provide a home from home environment to help the children to develop and grow to their full potential.
• A knowledge of working with children who have additional needs is desired but not essential. A professional knowledge of child development is paramount.
• Planning and implementing fun, exciting and suitable activities appropriate to the ages, stages and interests of your key children.
• Prospective practitioners should have a strong love for the outdoors and value outdoor play.
• Ensuring children's care routines are followed.
• Talking to parents about their child's day, their learning and development.
• Dishing up and serving food, with a strong knowledge of children's allergies.
• Identifying children who do not appear to be meeting developmental norm
