Previous experience working with children under 5 within a nursery or childcare setting and a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for this Early Years Practitioner position. A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a good attitude and passion for working in Early Years is very important.    
           
Working full-time as a qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will be:      

• Planning and leading activities and lessons that will stimulate children's imagination and creativity    
• Encouraging development through age-appropriate interactive play     
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development from a young age   
• Helping children to develop positive relationships and form/build on their social skills and confidence 
• Assisting with early reading and early maths skills development, following the EYFS curriculum closely       
• Carrying out observations and assessing key children's progress
