This is a key role where you will work closely alongside the Room Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the room and helping to maintain high-quality, consistent practice. At La Maternelle Family Childcare we are keen to employ the ‘right person’. The right person can be qualified or unqualified, experienced or in-experienced. Personality, enthusiasm and ambition are the most important qualities within our practitioners. The role is 7.30am – 6.00pm with a 45 minute lunch break, and a 15 minute break, which can be taken in our cosy and well equipped staff room which includes a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, staff wellbeing resources (colouring books, fidget toys) and added extras throughout the year. The contract is four days per week with a set day off to be able to create a positive work life balance. All new recruits will have access to our comprehensive internal training program....
