Are you passionate about child-led learning and the magic of outdoor education? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our unique Forest Village Kindergarten team!
At Forest Village Kindergarten, we provide a progressive, play-based learning environment for children aged 0–5 years.
Based in a beautiful pavilion in Morden Recreation Ground, we are incredibly lucky to have access to large natural gardens, giving children the freedom to explore, discover, and thrive outdoors every day.

As part of our team, you will:
Follow children’s interests and support their learning through play
Create exciting, enabling environments
Inspire both children and colleagues with awe-inspiring daily experiences
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and your team
A passion for child-led, play-based learning
Experience working in nursery or childcare settings (preferred)
A creative mindset and a love for inspiring young minds
A team player with a great sense of humour
Confidence in mentoring parents and supporting colleagues
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Open 51 weeks a year (closed on Bank Holidays + Christmas week)
Includes 2 paid INSET training days
Salary from £25,000 per year
Full-time, permanent role

At least 1 year experience in:
