Level 3 Lead Practioner Childcare Apprenticeship - Bumpers Nursery Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Bumpers Nursery as a L3 Lead Practitioner  We nurture children in a safe, secure, caring environment according to their individual interests and needs and we will provide care to support every child’s potential and ability and encourage children to express themselves in their feelings, words and creativity. To support this we have developed many different ways to do this, for example: We encourage painting with all different colours, shapes and toys to create interesting designs for the children to engage with.
