As a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice, you will work as part of the nursery team to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.   Initially, you will take on the role of Key Person for one child, building a positive relationship with the child and their family and supporting their individual learning, development and wellbeing.   Key Responsibilities Build a warm, caring and trusting relationship with your key child, helping them to feel safe, secure and confident within the setting.
