About the role  We’re looking for a brilliant, caring Early Years Educator to join our team at Sunny Days.  As an EYE, you’ll take shared responsibility for the care, welfare, learning and development of  children aged 0–5 in your designated group. Day-to-day, you’ll plan engaging activities, build  strong bonds with children and families, and ensure that every child feels safe, supported and ready  to learn.  You’ll work closely with your colleagues and may step up when required to lead the room in the  absence of the supervisor.
