🍒 Level 2 Nursery Practitioner – Cherrytown Nursery
📍 Location: Branksome Hill (close to M3 & A331)
🕒 42.5 hours per week | Full-time
💰 £12.64 per hour

Cherrytown Nursery is a homely, welcoming setting with a beautiful large garden and purpose-designed rooms across two levels. Our team is experienced and loyal — with half of our staff having been with us for over 5 years, and a third for more than 15! We pride ourselves on creating flexible, child-centred environments where every child’s individual needs are met to support their emotional, social, and educational development.

🌈 Your Role as Level 2 Nursery Practitioner:
- Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences and environments for children
- Ensure EYFS requirements are met and embedded in daily practice
- Promote hygiene and cleanliness throughout the nursery
- Support the smooth running of the nursery and the wellbeing of children, staff, and families
- Build strong key person relationships and support children’s emotional development
- Attend team meetings and stay up to date with policies, priorities, and best practices
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
- 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
- Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
