Qualified Early Years Practitioner

The Big Top Nursery Waddesdon is looking for a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our small friendly team. 

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at our vibrant nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care and education to young children.

Duties:

- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing daily feedback.

Experience:

- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to drive positive outcomes for children through innovative teaching methods.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.

At the Big Top Nursery we pride ourselves in providing unique experiences for our Big Top Children such as lamb visits, trips to Waddesdon Manor, egg hatching, outdoor cooking, carpentry and so much more.

Hours: 

Full Time- Monday-Friday with alternating weekly shifts of 7:30am-4:30pm and 9:00am-6:00pm.
Part Time- 3 days a week with alternating weekly shifts of 7:30am-4:30pm and 9:00am-6:00pm may also be considered.

Due to the location of the setting, and the infrequency of public transport, you will need to have access to a car to enable you to commit to the hours advertised.
