About the Role:
Shoots Training is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Freelance Career Events Agent to attend career fairs, school events, and outreach days across the South Coast of England. This is a flexible, freelance role—perfect for someone who enjoys inspiring others and wants freedom from contracted hours. Your role will be to engage with prospective learners, parents, and educators, sharing the benefits of apprenticeships and skills training in a fun and approachable way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Shoots Training at career events, fairs, and local promotional days
- Engage with students, parents, and educators to promote apprenticeships and training opportunities
- Generate enough engagement to capture leads and contact information
- Distribute promotional materials and answer questions about our programmes
- Set up and take down event displays
- Ability to travel to events near you located at the various locations across our regions
Requirements:
- Confident, friendly, and engaging personality
- Comfortable speaking in public and engaging with a younger generation
- Must have access to a car and full UK driving licence
- Flexible schedule and able to attend events during school hours (occasionally evenings)
- Previous experience in events, sales, or education is a bonus but not essential
