Talent Acquisition Team Leader
Location: Dorset Area (able to travel to the hub a few times per month)

Salary: Annual £33,800
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week (8.30am-5pm)
About the Role
To build excellent relationships with people and managers across the business to drive growth and lead a team of recruitment professionals. The role requires a strong ability to identify opportunities and build relationships and lead the team in achieving vacancies filled and revenues target as well as supporting with our ambitious expansion plans.
This role involves working with the management teams and across the full BD team including Sales, Marketing and Recruitment to support positive outcomes for the BD function by supporting the department and leading the organisations apprenticeship recruitment team.
