Do you have the passion, vision and skills to take our thriving Preschool from Good to Outstanding?
Hanslope PreSchool has recently relocated from the Village Hall, where we had been a packaway setting, to a dedicated site on Hanslope Primary School, MK19 7BL. The move has opened up a wealth of new opportunities for our children and facilitated a period of exciting growth and development. We support children and families in both our immediate community and in surrounding villages. Having led the transition from the old site and established the team in our new home our current Practice Manager is now following a new adventure. We are also seeking to increase our staff team through an additional Level 2 or Level 3 practitioner.
We are a friendly and inclusive team. Everyone involved is passionate and committed to ensuring every single one of our children has the very best start to their learning and development journeys. If we sound like the sort of team you’d like to lead and/or be part of then please email administrator@hanslopepreschool.org to request a full job description and application form for the role you are interested in. All new staff receive full inductions and handover.

At Hanslope Pre-school, we aim for the children to be confident and happy learners... but most importantly, have fun. Our staff has designed a curriculum that sets out what we want children to learn during their time at Pre-school. This is delivered through a mixture of adult-led and child-led experiences both indoors and outdoors. The well-thought-out environment ensures children are engaged in play and learning whilst developing their independence skills. The curriculum supports children to grow and develop ready for their next stage in learning.
Our Curriculum at Hanslope PreSchool:
Be confident talkers so they can build relationships with their friends and adults around them.

For children to develop a love of the outdoors, to know how to plant fruit and vegetables and care for the natural environment.
To be able to express their emotions and understand others' emotions, also showing care and kindness to others.
To be able to join in group activities knowing how to take turns and cooperate.
To understand they live in a diverse world and celebrate their similarities and differences.
