Shoots Training are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Apple Montessori School at their Ealing setting as a Level 3 Early Years Educator. 

At  Apple Montessori School London, we opened our doors in January 2014, and through word of mouth in the Pitshanger and Ealing area we quickly became loved and highly recommended by parents. Our loving, homely and intimate environment lends itself to a very positive learning experience for all the children we care for.

We ensure that all of the children feel safe and comfortable in our environment and encourage them each to have a voice and become confident young people. This is truly “their space”, and “their Montessori School”.

Apple Montessori London is based at Trailfinders Sports Club, and is registered as a nursery. We offer a total of 30 spaces across our setting. Our aim here is to continue our exceptionally high standard of care to the children who come to us, and we feel that the Trailfinders setting along with their reputation for excellence has allowed us to achieve this.

Trailfinders Sports club is a private facility built on 18 acres of green area which we have access to daily, so we have lots of outdoor time even in the cold weather. We wrap the children up in warm waterproof clothing and enjoy the facilities as much as possible.

Your duties and Responsibilities will include;

• Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observing and assessing children’s development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child's development.
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
• Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices.
• Use initiative and eagerness to learn.
• Commitment to complete apprenticeship.

Requirements:-

• English GCSE or willing to complete FS to meet ratio requirements for Level 3
• You must be able to gain a clear DBS

Hours;

• Apple Montessori School are open from 07.30am to 18.30pm Monday to Friday
• Working hours will be 35 hours per week and shift patterns will be discussed
