Your Role as Room Leader:
 Lead and inspire a team in the 2-3s room, creating a warm and stimulating space.
 Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
 Champion a home-like, play-based approach to learning and development.
 Support professional growth in your team through mentoring and collaboration.
 Ensure high-quality care, safety, and early education in line with the EYFS.

What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 or above in Early Years Education.
Strong leadership skills and experience in a nursery setting.
A deep understanding of child development in the 2-3-year-old age group.
A passion for creating a nurturing, home-like environment.
A professional who values teamwork, respect, and child-led learning.
