Job Description
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer
Principal Responsibilities:
• Manage and co-ordinate the running of playroom services for children with SEND in both settings.
• Lead teams of staff and volunteers to provide effective Early Years provision in both settings
• Lead family support provision for both settings
• Effective quality assurance and self-evaluation of the provision in both settings
• Deputise for CEO when necessary.
Hours: 40 hours/week 52 weeks
Probationary Period: 3 months
Qualification: Level 6 Education or childcare honours degree
Bases: One main setting plus one satellite setting e.g.
• Clevedon and South Weston
